History:

VisaSpot.com was launched to fill an information void in the area of international student travel. VisaSpot.com was conceptualized to provide a one-stop information center for students wishing to travel internationally. The site was created to link prospective travelers with organizations providing international opportunities.

The site was launched in January 2008. The site was developed following extensive market research. All of the information included within the listings was created as a result of that market research. Prospective travelers want to know about the program cost, the country of destination, e-mail contacts, extensive program descriptions, and user friendly search capabilities.

The site was conceptualized by a group DrWebWorks.com. Najif ISMAIL was the study abroad coordinator at the University of Auckland – New Zealand of VisaSpot.com.
